Primaria Comunei Berzasca

Romania

The Berzasca public authority has undertaken over the years several projects regarding the development of urban infrastructure, education, culture, sports, tourism and from the experience gained it has realized that the most important sector is the human resource.

That is why we had the initiative, together with CPIP as experienced partners, of identification to help the community in Berzasca in identifying and capitalizing on the human resource capable of getting involved in educating adults. In the private life of the community we have noticed the lack of courage, of initiative of the members in accessing funding for their own family businesses. We believe that by implementing the REDEAL project funded by ERASMUS+ we will break these barriers and we will start revitalizing the community, starting with people newly graduated from various formal education, and in particular adults.
